Talk to our Case Manager
We will assign a personalized case manager and he/she will chalk out a treatment plan and communicate all relevant treatment information. Kindly note that this plan will be devised on the medical condition and reports sent by you.
Your case manager will tell you about the package and treatment cost. You may contact him/her for any query.
Interact with Doctor
If required, case manager will arrange a teleconference with the treating doctor.
Make your decision
Make your decision to avail treatment and tell us tentative date for your treatment plan.
We will send Visa Facilitation Letter to the concerned Indian High Commission in the patient’s native country and to the patient for visa formalities.
Confirm your arrival date and time. Your case manager will schedule an appointment with concerned doctor and he/she will organize the in-hospital accommodation or hotel booking (if required).
An airport pick up facility will be organized. If required, your case manager can also be present at airport to receive and escort you to hospital.
Meet and Greet
Upon your arrival at the hospital, you will be taken to your room directly where all your admission formalities will be completed.
After all admission formalities your doctors will see you and inform you about the treatment plan, subsequent to which you will undergo treatment.
Discharge plan & Return
At the time of discharge you will be given a detailed discharge summary and will be advised for any follow up assistance. You will be escorted back to the airport for the return journey to your home country.
